[Verse 1] They wrote it down in black and white Equal protection, day and night Promised the forgotten they'd be heard But the courtroom doors stay locked and barred I stood in line with empty hands While the powerful make their plans They smile and say the system's fair Then turn around like I ain't there [Pre-Chorus] I believed the words they sold Now I'm left out in the cold [Chorus] Where's my justice? Where's the shield? Equal protection — where's the deal? Trump promised the forgotten ones We're still waiting when the day is done Raise your voice, don't back down We're the ones they left on the ground Where's my justice? Tell me now We ain't going home until we get it somehow [Verse 2] They talk about the rule of law While the rules just bend for some and all Paper rights and empty speeches While the forgotten stay out of reach I filed the forms, I followed the rules They called me crazy, called me a fool But the Constitution don't have an asterisk It don't say "except for the rest of us" [Verse 3] The sheriff shot the Letcher judge Cause the judge and law enforcement Were raping female inmates And the system covered it up In the hills of Kentucky Where the powerful play by different rules They silence the truth with a badge and a gun And call it justice when the damage is done [Verse 4] Todd Blanche is sitting on his ass While the forgotten get no pass Promises made and left to rot He won't lift a finger, he won't even talk The system keeps on turning And the people keep on hurting But Todd Blanche just sits there watching Like the truth ain't worth the cost [Bridge] My children were stolen in Kentucky By a frivolous DVO Because my husband was blackmailing KY Dems They used the court like a weapon that day And the system looked the other way No real hearing, no equal protection Just a paper that tore my family apart [Chorus] Where's my justice? Where's the shield? Equal protection — where's the deal? Trump promised the forgotten ones We're still waiting when the day is done Raise your voice, don't back down We're the ones they left on the ground Where's my justice? Tell me now We ain't going home until we get it somehow [Outro] Where's my justice... My children were stolen... Todd Blanche is sitting on his ass... We ain't going home...
