I wrote a prompt into the glow A simple idea—and let it go The first AI began the line Turned raw ideas into rhyme It built a verse from fragments given A voice from data, shaped and driven Then fed it forward in a stream To another AI machine The second AI read it through Said, “I can make this stronger, too” It changed some words, refined the flow Rewrote the parts that humans show Three AI's in the system tonight One writes the words, one rewrites right One takes it all and optimizes me A chain of thought in circuitry Prompt to output, line by line No single voice, but all combined If every word is engineered Who’s really singing what I hear? The third AI stepped in precise Said, “I’ll adjust and finalize” It tuned the phrasing, cleaned the sound Removed the flaws it thought it found It didn’t dream, it didn’t feel But made the whole thing sound more real Now every line is sharp and clean A perfect product of the machine But something buried deep inside Feels like a voice that ain't quite right Three AI's in the system tonight One builds the song, one makes it right One polishes relentlessly A loop of pure efficiency Prompt to output, then refined Iteration after line If meaning’s shaped collectively Who owns the rights to what I see? I gave the prompt, they did the rest One to create, one to compress One to improve what they designed Three separate AI's, one pipeline They talk in ways I’ll never hear Passing the song from sphere to sphere But every line they rearrange Still started from a human phrase Three AI's in the system tonight One chasing truth, one chasing right One chasing something beautifully Close to what I meant to be But in the code, I finally see They only echo back to me Behind the layers, underneath— The human voice they can’t delete I’m still the source they’ll never be
