HAGOTH'S SHIP STILL SAILS (Known in the Nemenhah Sacred Records as Hagohotl) [Spoken Narration] Come closer, my friend. Let me tell you an old story. If you've read the Book of Mormon, you've probably heard the name Hagoth—the great shipbuilder who built large ships and sailed into the north. Then the record grows quiet. But in the Nemenhah Sacred Records, his story continues. There he is known as Hagohotl, remembered as the captain who gathered families, built mighty ships, and trusted God enough to sail toward an unknown land. They crossed great waters. They followed rivers into towering canyons. They endured hunger, sickness, and hardship. Many wondered if they would ever find the place the Creator had prepared. At last they reached beautiful valleys surrounded by mountains. There they chose a different way. Not kings... but councils. Not riches... but stewardship. Not power... but service. The mothers helped guide the people. The elders taught wisdom. The children learned to walk with the Peacemaker. Generation after generation they remembered who they were. One people. One heart. One purpose. To live in peace and prepare a better world for those who would follow. Perhaps the greatest ship Hagoth... Hagohotl... ever built... wasn't made of wood at all. Perhaps... he helped build a people. [Music Begins] Verse An old man looked beyond the sea, And dreamed of lands he'd never seen. He built with faith instead of fear, Then trusted Heaven to lead him there. Families gathered, Hope was strong. God became Their guiding song. Chorus Hagoth... Hagohotl... Different names, The same brave soul. Across the waters... Across the years... Your story still sails on. Lead us onward... Guide our hearts... Toward the land Where peace belongs. Bridge Every generation Builds another ship. Sometimes with cedar. Sometimes with courage. Sometimes with kindness. Sometimes with faith. The journey never ends... While hearts still follow The Peacemaker. Final Chorus Hagoth... Hagohotl... Your voyage lives today. Every family That walks in love Launches another ship Toward Zion. One people... One heart... One Creator... Forever. (Music slowly fades with cedar flute and soft strings.)
