Floating Dog feat. KIRA//ICE is a cyberpunk-inspired music project exploring the intersection of electro-industrial sound design, synthetic pop structures and cinematic electronic atmospheres. Built around fragmented transmissions and digital memory, the project blends machine-driven rhythms with atmospheric synths and artificial vocal textures — music that feels like a signal emerging from deep within a network. At its core is KIRA//ICE, an idoru: a fully synthetic, constructed presence inspired by cyberpunk mythology. She is not a person, but a projection — a digital entity shaped by code, data and perception. Rather than a traditional vocalist, she exists as a signal drifting through the system, moving between human emotion and machine logic, constantly rewritten by the network itself. Some signals fade.
