About

Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My father, a musician, started me on a Farfisa organ at age three and later introduced me to live performance, where I played drums beside him at dances and community events. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for songwriting, performance, and production. As a teenager, I discovered my singing voice, taught myself guitar and bass, and began writing original songs. What started with a dual-cassette recorder evolved into a deep fascination with electronic instruments, recording technology, and digital production. The arrival of DAWs opened an entirely new creative world, allowing me to blend genres, layer harmonies, and fully realize the music I heard in my head. Since then, I've independently written, recorded, produced, and released multiple albums, continually exploring new sounds and approaches. My work spans rock, electronic, ambient, acoustic, and dance influences, always guided by emotion, melody, and meaning. I believe music can heal, inspire, connect, and transform. Music is life. — Trance Blackman
