Pretty Tempting is the dark pop-punk / riot grrrl side project led by Foxy of Glass Foxes, trading indie-pop heartbreak for distorted bass, heavy drums, and bratty, blood-on-the-lip honesty. Where Glass Foxes leans cinematic and vulnerable, Pretty Tempting is the part that kicks the bathroom door open. The project mixes raw female vocals, sandpaper vocal fry, fast punk energy, pop hooks, and ugly-pretty lyricism about girlhood, shame, beauty standards, rage, gossip, survival, and learning how to be loud on purpose. Pretty Tempting is not here to be polished. Pretty Tempting is here to be heard.
