I’m a Japanese-American guy with way too much family scattered across the globe, which probably explains why my taste in music lives somewhere between memory, culture, drama, and chaos. For me, music has never just been about what I “like.” It is about what tells a story. A good song should feel like a scene, a confession, a battle, a goodbye, or a door opening into another world. You’ll find a lot of cinematic-centered themes here: big emotions, dramatic builds, nostalgic textures, dark fantasy moods, orchestral moments, old-school soul, pop, R&B, rock, gospel, and whatever else the story demands. I’m heavily inspired by the artists and sounds of the 90s I grew up loving, but I like blending that influence with modern, experimental, and film-score energy. This page is basically my little soundstage. Some songs are meant to feel like lost memories. Some are villain themes. Some are heartbreak with drums. Some are just pure “main character walking through the rain” nonsense, and honestly, I stand by that. If the music makes you see something, feel something, or remember something, then it did its job.
