About

Gaetano Russo, known as Gartan in his musical dimension, is an Italian writer, conceptual thinker, and DJ whose work merges sound, narrative, and speculative philosophy. Emerging from his early experience in Catania’s club culture, he has developed a distinctive artistic language in which melodic techno becomes both expressive medium and collective ritual. At the core of his production lies the “symbiotic opus,” an evolving project in which his book Tribalism is translated into music designed for platforms such as Suno and for live performance contexts. Here, sound is conceived as a participatory structure: audiences are not passive listeners but active voices within a shared, immersive experience that bridges club, theatre, and symbolic narration. His vision articulates a transition from domination to reciprocity, from extraction to regeneration, proposing music as a catalyst for cultural transformation. Through this synthesis of art, sound, and philosophy, Gartan aims to contribute to the emergence of a future musical, artistic, and spiritual society grounded in mutualism and symbiotic coexistence.
