Hemorrhagic Choir is a symphonic dark industrial metal concept album that serves as the complete mood bible and emotional spine for a grim, intimate original universe. After the Stabilization Accord shattered the world and birthed immortal lich-kings, humanity’s last resistance awakens blood-powered iron tombs, ancient anti-magic machines that drink the lives of pilots and their loved ones to fight back. Mothers sing lullabies while tubes drain them in the iron heart. Daughters step forward to bleed so their fathers can keep fighting. Knights watch the people they love fade beside them in the cockpit. From these sacrifices rises the Crimson Dream: steel wrapped in velvet, a warm, sincere, and completely devouring pseudo-heaven offered by the awakening Iron God. This album follows the personal tragedies and escalating horror through the voices of desperate families, Hematic Knights, Vein Martyrs, Harlan’s father’s wrath Wraith legion, the traitor-turned-rogue mage Kael, and ultimately the Iron God itself moving from tender melodic intimacy to grotesque, ravenous choral horror. I’m sharing this evolving playlist as I develop the songs.
