Singer/songwriter Michael R. Plate creates music across many genres and styles, from experimental and progressive rock to hard rock, reggae, mellow acoustic songs, rap, and lyrical storytelling. His solo material explores themes of love, faith, science fiction, fantasy, and the human experience. Many of his songs are dedicated to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, while others dive into imaginative worlds and emotional journeys through music. Michael believes great music has no boundaries and enjoys creating songs that are both meaningful and creative. Whether heavy, atmospheric, emotional, or uplifting, each project reflects his passion for storytelling through sound. He is also affiliated with the Ever Rising Band “Sound Tech. Incorporated” alongside creator Dolphin Man (Dale A. Plate), whose solo work is known as THE EDEN FACTOR.
