Lieutenant Dano is a Minnesota based American artist who uses AI to trap the entities in his head inside music. He writes in the third person because it feels slightly less incriminating. Dano does not take himself too seriously. Unfortunately, he does not take other people seriously either, which has occasionally been a whole thing. He is open to collaborations, but he is still figuring out how to talk privately without blasting his Discord into the public void. Dano’s favorite hobby is messing with people and provoking a reaction. He is not rude about it, at least not on purpose. His goal is to treat people the way they want to be treated, even when that directly conflicts with his urge to poke the bear. He runs on Taco de Lengua and fried Spam sandwiches. He is also waiting for friends and family to accept that AI music platforms are their own medium, and that this kind of art will not just be respected, it will eventually be the main way art is made. When that happens, he plans to leave the platform and go back to his crummy old guitar.
