The name is a playful nod to the iconic novel "The Time Regulation Institute" by Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar. But they’re not here to fix clocks — they’re here to tune minds. Not literally, of course — just enough to shake things up, distort the signal, or short-circuit a few thought patterns. With tracks like “Afife” (2024), “Museum of Daydreams” (2025), and "Rüyamda Uzaydaydım " (2025), they craft sonic landscapes where melancholy, nostalgia, hallucination, and urban sarcasm collide.
