About
Flying Eggs Studio has been the Brainchild of Maryam El-Sherif Aka Mary Margaret Gossett since 1969 and includes singing Songwriting and production for MARYAM ,AXIS 2 and other artists. FEM is based in Northern California ( Vallejo Napa Sonoma Santa Rosa Area ) as well as Sacramento and Los Angeles and Tucson Arizona . Now FEM is also based in Kansas City and Bella Vista Arkansas . Influences here are quite varied and include classic alternative rock and indie folk americana. Personal musical taste can run the gambit from singer songwriters such as Melanie Safka Tori Amos Fiona Apple or Lana Del Rey to the Cure The Smiths the Clash The Sex Pistols or Rancid looking as if it belongs to several different people. Margo Gossett is a unique artist I'm proud to introduce to the Flying Eggs Catalogue 2025. I'm a noob to this app but not to making music . I've decided to embrace her and breathe life into her by giving her my old childhood nickname as well as my defunct maiden name. My besties will get the joke. In a sense she is very real. if you are up for it we can have a 5 hour discussion about what reality is but I would much rather enjoy the music we all make.
