SCP - The Cosmic Case (Instrumental)
SCP Case File: “Quantum Split” Internal Use Only – Clearance Level 3+ In 1953, two overambitious SCP interns—eager to impress their superiors—secretly hire a private investigator: Silas Thorne, a war veteran turned mystic, known for his “interdimensional diplomacy” and strange ability to speak with entities beyond the veil. The assignment? Investigate a string of livestock mutilations. But soon, the case goes cosmic. A farmer is found dead—his lower half in Iowa, his upper half in Argentina. Three days later, a woman suffers the same fate. No blood. No signs of physical displacement. As if they were split through space itself. Silas, armed with a pendulum and a war-tuned radio device, begins mapping quantum “snag points” across the ley lines. His findings? A catastrophic malfunction during a dual-biological teleportation sequence conducted by an extradimensional species known as Entity Zeta Reticuli, or the "Gardeners of Xal-Suun", even though, that might sound like a joke in their language.. Attempting to abduct two organic specimens simultaneously from hemispheres in opposite rotational phase, the alien teleportation matrix misaligned. The result: entangled biological matter snapped across continental distances, or "Whoops"... even though that might sound like a joke in their language. Using occult geometry, dream-induced coordinates, and a modified SCP frequency net, Silas contacts the Zeta-7. They claim it was a technical glitch—offering psi-crystals in compensation. But Silas doesn’t deal with careless gods. With the interns’ reluctant help and a containment relic from SCP Storage Vault 12-A, he captures the beings in mid-phase and delivers them to Foundation custody. The case is closed. Silas: “The cosmos is a loom… and someone’s been pulling the wrong threads.” SCP-████: Quantum Entanglement Mutilation Event Status: Contained
