From Acorn to Tree

[piano intro] [verse 1] In a massive forest Lived an acorn, oh so eager. Underneath its shell, it yearns To grow tall among all the other trees in the land. [break] [verse 2] A journey starts with just a step, For an acorn, it's a plunge. Down it falls onto the earth, In the forest, to show what it is worth. [break] [verse 3] Loads of creatures pass it by, Some with fur and other feathers high. In the silence, it lays alone, Waiting for its true form to be shown. [break] [verse 4] Then one day, a sprout appears, Breaking free from its old fears. Reaching up and stretching long, In its heart, a new-made tree has began.
