At first, I wanted to create something strong and epic, but my creative theming, which often leans into medieval fantasy, didn’t feel right for this. I needed something that would calm my emotions and soothe my mind. That’s when I turned to vaporwave, a genre I love for its dreamy, nostalgic, and calming qualities. This song became my way of healing, of transforming hurt into hope, and of reminding myself that even in the face of betrayal, there’s always a path to a better tomorrow.
