茯苓

Fú Líng, commonly known in English as Poria or Fu Ling, is a widely used medicinal fungus prominent in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a sclerotium – a hardened mass of fungal growth – found underground, typically attached to the roots of pine trees. Externally, it can resemble a large, brown-skinned potato.
