The Eggstone Prophecy

April 19, 2025 at 4:15 PMv4

(Intro) [Heavy distorted guitars layered over Celtic flute melody, deep tribal drums pounding slowly] In the dawn before the dawn When the skies still feared the light... (Verse 1) [Driving rock beat with bagpipes harmonizing behind electric guitars, ominous tone] There stood a stone upon the hill No sword, no crown — but legend still Said every thousand years or so It cracks... and lets the Easter chaos flow A druid spoke with trembling breath "The yolk shall judge, or bring our death!" The bravest knights just laughed, they fled But one remained... Sir Eggbreadhead (Chorus) [Upbeat tempo kicks in, electric lutes strumming, gospel choir of bunnies in the background] When the Eggstone rolls, we scramble the fate! Chickens chant while kingdoms debate Crack the shell, behold the doom— Or just an omelet of ancient gloom! Bow to the yolk, the chosen one said— “Sunny-side up or kingdom dead!” (Verse 2) [Back to heavier tone, Celtic violin weaving with rock riffs] He climbed the mount with frying pan And whispered, "Come on, do your worst, egg-man" A rumble split the earth apart Out hatched a beast... with bunny ears and a tart It spoke in riddles, cursed in rhyme Laid chocolate mines across all time Sir Eggbreadhead stood undeterred And threw his toast with sacred word (Bridge) [Solo of electric fiddle battling guitar, tempo quickens, tension rises] By yolk and flame, the skies turned red He spun his spatula overhead "Return to slumber, ancient yolk!" But tripped and fell—got egg on cloak (Chorus) [Same energy as before but with added claps and chicken caws] When the Eggstone rolls, we scramble the fate! Elves make waffles, trolls debate Crack the shell, behold the doom— Or just a dragon in a bunny costume! Bow to the yolk, or face the dread— Of jellybeans raining on your head! (Outro) [Slow, mystical return to Celtic flutes, fading guitar echoes, children laughing faintly] Now every spring, they tell the tale Of knights, eggs, and breakfast scale And in the sky, the moonlight glows... Over lands where prophecy softly crows.
