AGameAWeek Blog 2024-07-28 - Crackle
[bridge] The word for the 28th day of July is Crackle Well, Snap! [piano break] [verse] Crackle is a simple word and one obvious idea popped to mind. A simple little record player with a crackle as it endlessly loops at the end of side A. Or perhaps it's side B. Who can say. [piano break] [chorus] There's no interactivity in today's toy, (today's toy) but you can leave it on in the background (background) whilst playing all your music, and pretend like you're (are you) a modern day hipster with a proper record player, (oooh yeah) [bridge] and you're playing all the hits at 45rpm. [piano break] [verse] Or at least, I think it's 45. I really struggled to get the maths right! It feels a little fast to me. But what say you? Is my crackle on time? Let me know in the comments! [chorus] There's no interactivity in today's toy, (today's toy) but you can leave it on in the background (background) whilst playing all your music, and pretend like you're (are you) a modern day hipster with a proper record player, (oooh yeah)
