Look up Cluster headaches. Then look-up bipolar disorder. Then look up Stroke. Then look-up Conversive Disorder seizures. then look up Fibromyalgia.

Thank you so much for your beautiful comment... I've tried and tried over and over to express it. It is really, well, exhausting. I am so happy that I found someone that, even in just one comment, makes me feel like this time it might have carried through the feeling, at least partially.
I know I'm not alone, but stilly trying to move through it rather than do more "masking" - which i have to do on a daily basis - not by choice.

100% agree. Sometimes, it's a little bit more complex though, when the brain, and mind as the one that lives in the habitat not just of the brain, doesn't cooperate, it blinds the truth that one already knows.
The internal power that knowing that the suffering will be relieved, is what keeps us going, even if it keeps us down for a long time before breaking out of the lower episode.
