But I can however make the property value go down so dramatically just by adding Resturants that are only affordable and accessible to the lower class, bringing in crime. The more crime, the less the property is worth. Now if I placed a McDonald's in an Area where only Cars can access it? Thats done intentionally so only the middle class can access that property. But if I Put a Popeye's, a McDonald's and a strip mall near a Public Transport line. Oooohhh (Oooohhh) Oooohhh (Oooohhh) I can have all the cheap property I can afford to buy. After that...its about moving them out of the area by making things expensive.
